1. ORDER CANCELLATION
Please be careful to look over order information before you submit
it. Please use the CONTACT US FORM to request cancellation as soon as possible.
We will make every effort to catch your order before it is shipped. 5% transaction fee will be charged and is NOT refundable for CANCEL order for ANY reason.
If the order is shipped out and we cannot stop it on time. We are sorry that there is no refund and we cannot help in this case.
2. RETURNING MERCHANDISE
(NOT USE OR OPEN)
The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original package. There is 15% restocking fee for qualified
returns.
(USED OR OPENED)
We DO NOT warrant crash damage, under any circumstance.
There is NO WARRANTY for Battery, Electronic Parts (ESC, Receiver) for any used or opened merchandise.
We replace all faulty items with new products.
Mobile Crystal Case accepts no responsibility for the improper installation and use of purchased products.
Should your product be faulty, please use the CONTACT US FORM to contact us for exchange.
You must have an RMA number for returning merchandise. Please report
your RMA request to CONTACT US FORM.
We will accept merchandise for return or exchange that was purchased from Mobile Crystal Case within 7 days after arrival.
In any situation, the return shipping fee is covered by the customer.
You are responsible for making sure that the items are returned to us safely and without any further damages, so please ensure it is packed safely and securely. We strongly recommend using the same carrier as we use to ship item to you.
Mobile Crystal Case does not pay for the return shipping of merchandise.
We are not responsible for factory defects because we are not a product manufacturer and we do not produce the parts we carry (similar to a standard walk-in store). Thus Mobile Crystal Case will split the shipping costs with the customer. The customer agrees to pay to send the item back to Mobile Crystal Case and Mobile Crystal Case will consequently repair or replace the component and ship the item at no charge back to the shipping address specified in your account.
3. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping.
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage,
please refuse the delivery.
If you have already accepted delivery
and then find shipping damage, please report to CONTACT US FORM. Our sales support team will discuss the
case with you. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not
throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself,
you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not
receive credit for the return.
Please do inspect your purchase as soon as you receive it.
4. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
Because our warehouse is not operated by robots, there can be a slight margin for human error. If you have received a parcel that is missing an item, has the wrong item or too many items.... please CONTACT US, stating your order ID and include a photograph of the incorrect item. Our customer service staff will request a photo of the wrong item if you do not supply one.
We also ask you to check your account, sometimes items can be back ordered, in which case you can request a refund, wait or change to another item.
5. RMA PROCESS
Please allow us up to 7 business days to respond to RMA and order
status requests. You MUST have an RMA number to return any merchandise.
6.LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
We are not responsible for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines,
accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled
model. In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine
whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure
or to operator error. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any
purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or
problems caused by incompatibility between radio components, parts,
and repairs not completed by our service center, etc.
All of the products we sell are intended for retail consumption
by our customers and are not intended for resale. The Mobile Crystal Case's
Satisfaction Guarantee is not transferable. We reserve the right
to limit quantities purchased. Also, please note that most items
we offer are intended for use in the USA.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages lost in shipping.
However, we will assistant our customer to file a claim to the carrier
to solve the problem.
7. PRICE & PRICE CHANGE
All the pricing in our sites DO NOT include any duty and tax.
Hong Kong is a VAT TAX free city.
If your country charge you any tax upon you receive your the package. It is out of our control and please consult your local custom department before making the order.
Any price or specification on our web site or in our catalog is
subject to change without notice. Sale prices on the web site may be withdrawn at any time.
